There will be all new Tony Hawks, Guitar Hero and Spider-Man games coming out in 2010 along with the much expected Call of Duty 7.

Speak of CoD 7, Activision publishing CEO Mike Griffith has confessed that the company isn’t expecting the Treyarch developed game to be nearly as popular as Modern Warfare 2.

"We expect to have a more difficult competitive environment this year, and therefore we've not planned on the same level of success [with 2010's CoD title] as we enjoyed in 2009.” said Griffith. “That said, we're still bullish on this year's title, and we do see upside potential if we execute well by engaging the much larger set of consumers who were introduced to the Call Of Duty franchise in 2009."

For you PC gamers, you can look forward to the World of Warcraft expansion Cataclysm and the highly anticipated StarCraft II.

So there you go. Something for all the family (we think). Oh! And let’s hope that this new Spidey game doesn’t suck like all the previous ones.
