He may of accidentally revealed it, but Peter Molyneux has confirmed that Fable III will be utilising the upcoming Natal technology.

Molyneux spilled the beans during his BAFTA talk last night in London. But this isn’t the first time that Natal has been linked with Fable III. He first mentioned it whilst attending GamesCom earlier this year.

Molyneux also confirmed, last night, that players will be able to download new equipment (such as swords and clothes) via and in-game shop, where you’ll be able to purchase your new gear through micro-transactions that will roughly cost £1. Other, larger content will cost more, though.

Molyneux said the shop is a way of trying to provide "a more harmonious relationship between a game and its downloadable content".
