Both the screenwriter, Roger Avary, and producer, Samuel Hadida, from the first film have signed their papers for the sequel and will start filming next year as soon as the fourth Resident Evil film is finished… Wait! There’s a fourth one now?
Earlier this year actress Radha Mitchell said that director Christophe Gans will, most likely, not be on board for Silent Hill 2.
"[It’s] a shame because he's a nutter but he's so passionate about the game. I think he should do it if they do it again."
The first film, released back in 2006, was terrible. Everything about it was terrible. God only knows how it managed to make $47 million in the US.
