The Swedish developers behind The Darkness and The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay, Starbreeze have announced that they have an upcoming project being made for EA.
The cancelled project has not been revealed but Starbreeze were working on a title known as Project RedLime for EA. It’s believe that Project RedLime was going to be a revamp of the Syndicate franchise.
Starbreeze CEO, Johan Kristiansson said:
"We will continue to focus only on a big production together with EA."
"Our relationship with EA is stronger than ever, and the aim now is to spend more resources on the game that demonstrated the greatest potential. This game is already in full production."
Kristiansson ensured people that the recent cancellation of the game will not affect their members of staff or their projects with other publishers.
