The big night in Gaming award ceremony’s, in Britain at least, the BAFTA’s were held last week and there was some stiff competition in the race for the Best Game.

Surprisingly, Batman: Arkham Asylum won the title of Best Game beating the likes of New Super Mario. Bros Wii and Modern Warfare 2.

In fact, Modern Warfare only won one award, the GAME award of 2010, as voted by the public.

But the run-away game of the night was Uncharted 2: Among Thieves which snagged a total of four awards including Best Action game and Best Story.

But it wasn't all about the games. Shigeru Miyamoto was given the fellowship award for is tremendous contribution to video games with the likes of Mario and Zelda.
