Following today’s X10 event in San Francisco, Microsoft and Lionhead studios released some all-new screenshots of Fable III.

There may only be six of them, but they look far better than anything we saw in Fable II. We can’t wait to get our hand on Albion and rule the land… even with Project Natal.

An image from Super Street Fighter IV has surfaced on the internet that could possibly give away the four remaining characters in the new game.
SSFVI character roster
As expected Ibuki, Makoto and Dudley all make their return from Street Fighter III along with the all-new character Hakan. We would like to tell you that this is 100% real, but you know what the internet is like for spreading rumours and lies. Capcom haven’t officially confirmed any of these characters for SSFIV.

We want this to be true, we really do, but we’d rather he the news come from the organ grinder rather than the monkey.

Super Street Fighter IV is due out April 30th.

Activision Blizzard have announced that new games of popular franchises will be returning this year.
Activision Blizzard
There will be all new Tony Hawks, Guitar Hero and Spider-Man games coming out in 2010 along with the much expected Call of Duty 7.

Speak of CoD 7, Activision publishing CEO Mike Griffith has confessed that the company isn’t expecting the Treyarch developed game to be nearly as popular as Modern Warfare 2.

"We expect to have a more difficult competitive environment this year, and therefore we've not planned on the same level of success [with 2010's CoD title] as we enjoyed in 2009.” said Griffith. “That said, we're still bullish on this year's title, and we do see upside potential if we execute well by engaging the much larger set of consumers who were introduced to the Call Of Duty franchise in 2009."

For you PC gamers, you can look forward to the World of Warcraft expansion Cataclysm and the highly anticipated StarCraft II.

So there you go. Something for all the family (we think). Oh! And let’s hope that this new Spidey game doesn’t suck like all the previous ones.

The guys at Bungie must really love Halo: Reach, because they’re calling it their “most powerful title” to date.

In an interview with Official Xbox Magazine, the creative director for Halo: Reach, Marcus Lehto said:

"Halo: Reach is probably the most powerful title we've built to date with regards to story, character, new gameplay features we're throwing at the player, and new experiences overall."
Halo: Reach
Those are some pretty big words there. Don’t get us wrong, we love the Halo series as much as the next guy. ODST was a very good game, but it left us wanting more. Hopefully, from what Lehto is saying, we might just be getting what we want in Reach - more Covenant ass-kicking.

Although the game has been out since January in America, European fans of the original No More Heroes will he happy to hear that the sequel has been given an official release date.

But those fans might not be so happy to hear that it won’t be coming out until the end of April. But we’re not the only ones though and Rising Star has confirmed that a Japanese release still hasn’t been announced yet, and the game’s made in Japan!
No More Heroes 2
The game continues the story of Travis Touchdown, an anime nerd seeking revenge for the murder of his best friend. It features cell-shaded visuals and a ton of over-the-top combat.

No More Heroes 2 is exclusive to the Wii, but there’s every chance that it could be ported over to the Xbox 360 and PS3 following last years announcement of the first game making is way to Microsoft’s and Sony’s consoles.

As if the Wii wasn’t popular enough, Americans still want more of Nintendo’s little white box. But unfortunately, Nintendo are struggling to meet demand.

In regards to the shortages in retail store like GameStop and Best Buy, Nintendo said:

"In the short term, replenishing Wii inventories will be a challenge. But we are doing everything we can to satisfy consumers looking to purchase a Wii system."
Nintendo Wii
The shortages came after the Wii was Americas best selling console during the Christmas period in 2009, selling 3.81 million units.

There hasn’t been any news of Wii shortages in Europe, so you’ve still got time to pick one up, if you haven’t already.

Popular family games such as Monopoly, Scrabble, Nerf and other Hasbro titles have shifted just over 8 million units, according to EA.

Hasbro
Since taking the Hasbro licence from Atari in 2007, EA has brought out 20 different Hasbro games on all the current platforms, including Xbox Live. Many thing have led up to the success to the Hasbro titles, such as the casual gaming market, the female gaming demographic and the appeal of the Hasbro brand.

But it’s not just family games that have help with the sales. Games such as G.I Joe and the Transformers series both have the Hasbro licence and both were very popular when their respected films hit the big screen.

It’s an impressive achievement for Hasbro, but we just wish there weren’t so many copies of Family Game Night and Littlest Pet Shop being sold. They’re not games, they’re a waste of valuable shelf space.

Electronic Entertainment Expo
90 per cent of exhibitor space for E3 2010 has already been booked, and most of the industry's big names are set to be on hand, say organisers.

Michael Gallagher, president of E3 owner the ESA said:

"Exhibitors, leading video game publishers, and millions of consumers around the world are eagerly awaiting the opening of the 2010 E3 Expo."

"This year's event will premier cutting-edge technologies, immersive games, and innovations in consumer interfaces."

E3 2010 takes place at the LA Convention Centre from June 15-17. Here’s the attendance list so far:

Images of not one, but two fifth generation Pokemon have surfaced on the web.

OK, so it’s a pre-evolution and a final evolution of the same Pokemon, but technically they are classed as to separate pocket monsters. Yes, we’re aware of how nerdy that sounded.

Zorua and it’s evolved form, Zoroark graced the pages of Japanese magazine CoroCoro and are said to be Dark type Pokemon. They’ll also feature in the 13th Pokemon film, now confirmed as: Phantom Champion Zoroark.
No other information was given about the new creatures, but the magazine plans to reveal more about the Zorua and Zoroark’s abilities as-well-as some more fifth generation Pokemon.

It now brings the Pokemon total to 495 creatures. That Professor Oak sure has a lot of work on his hands.

While European and Japanese gamers will be able to get their hands on the Special Edition of FFXIII, Final Fantasy fans in American will be pleased to know that an exclusive Xbox 360 bundle is being released along with the game.
FFXIII Xbox 360 bundle
Although the news hasn’t been officially announced by either Square Enix or Microsoft, the picture below is proof of the bundles existence. In the box you’ll get a white Xbox 360 console with a 250Gb hard drive, two wireless controllers, a head set and a copy of Final Fantasy XIII. It’s set to go to retail at $399.

The bundle seems to be an American exclusive, seeing as the U.S gamers aren’t getting the Special Edition of FFXIII, but we’ll let you know if this bundle is heading our way.
